We want you to feel confident trying Coffee My Cup. If you’re not satisfied with your first bag of coffee, we’ll issue a full refund—no questions asked, and no return required.
Subsequent Orders
Because coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns on subsequent orders unless there was an issue such as damaged delivery.

Express shipping charges (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and other expedited options) are non-refundable unless our shipping department was at fault.

Ground shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged due to our error.
Damaged Orders & Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours for an exchange or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns reported after 48 hours.
